197.57 BETA driver released (GeForce 6 to 300 series)

New drivers have appeared on NVIDIA's website for GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, 100, 200, and 300 series graphics cards. Note that these are BETA drivers, and do not have WHQL certification.

now that u mentioned its just identical to 197.45 unless u play apb, then i have no reason to download.

 

cant they just release a game profile updater??? Instead why do they release a whole new driver set with more than 100 mb??

Why are you complaining anyways, or what are you complaining about?
All because nvidia release new drivers , doesn't mean they are going to work well with your system, just use a video card that suits and be happy.

 

why international, and even on nvidia site when i chose EN its still international.. stupid nv:bang:.

i also dont understand why no fixes as 197.45 keeps crashing to desktop on bf bdc2 , im using 197.25 still just to play bf

 

i dont have any problems in bc2 with 197.45s.

i recommend atleast try it, concept of game is very nice

 

if a dozen thousands of people is few, then you are right. no one is forcing you to install this new driver revision. its not a new version. its a revision of the 197 whql.

and they give us a fix for a game in beta. if thats not good driver support, then I suggest you switch over to ATI

 

naaa, i would be happier if they would take care of the real bugs...
like 1920x1080 @ 60 hz = 16 bit color depth or MPC HC issue or that my monitor isnt reconized in the NVPanel and i cant set it to native resolution, even if i try to make my own resolution, its not working...

did i said "thats not a good driver support"?? Read twice before posting. There are many problems that has yet to be solved, they can try fixing that along with a driver, instead a single fix in a driver. Everytime a driver gets released people will think that it might solve their problems and will get annoyed if it doesnt... so its better to add some more fixes with a driver release.

moreover i know whats better for me, so thanks to ur dumb suggestion.:war:
