Testing Crysis Warhead.
Will reply ASAP.
Same stutter/rendering problems in fallout 3 and Age of Conan as prev 190.xx drivers. Reverting to 186 drivers!
Sorry for double posting (I think)
Notice good improvements on crysis warhead with my graphics card DEFAULT settings.
Modding them now.
this shows my problem with all 190's including this one...
at the windows7x64 desktop, the clock keeps bouncing between 2d and 3d clocks... temps gradually rising until the fan spins up more than usual ... why this crap? 186 and before this does not happen... also desktop power requirement swings with 50w all the time 130-180w this is like ~35% rise and fall every few seconds, I can imagine some systems not liking that... on top of that the clocks will get stuck in 3d mode after playing some games... with other games this problem doe not happen, and it just start bouncing again when at the desktop...
edit: mmm seems this one does jump a bit less than previous 190's ... it still does but now it's only every few minutes...
Clean install on W7 x64 with 8800gts
Still no AA/AF in game profiles. And still crappy 3d performances on my 2nd monitor, like all WDDM 1.1 drivers. I'm back to 182.50 again :-/
Is that a sidebar gadget??? Could you please give me a link to it??
Oh and sorry for Offtopic.
Off to test these before the influx of "nvidia suck" comments start lol.
Figures, when im finished with fallout 3 i will upgrade to the 190 drivers. I have have no problems with the drivers and they give the best performance i think with my rig. Other games i played with the 190's run great EXCEPT FALLOUT 3.
Damn... anyone else get nvapps.xml error message with Nhancer ??
Mine problem too.....annoying....:bang:
it's the sidebar gadget for rivatuner...
i used some other rivatuner plugins and everest to get this... the history window show open is part of the gadget.
this is my current sidebar:
oh and on the driver, other than the clock issues performance seems fine, and my previous oc's still work too... so it's certainly not too bad either...
3dmv 15k5, 3dm06 18k, x3terran 19x12, all settings maxed: 85fps
Yup same here on Windows7 x64. It indeed keeps clock more stable while simply doing nothing, i.e. just staring at desktop without any mouse movement, which was way worse with 190.38 and 190.56. But doing anything with Aero makes it jump like crazy.
this is ****in ridiculous... fan speed still broken:3eyes:, again back to 186.18.:bang:
same here, been using 190.38 and just barley coping with the fan speed issues, put theese on expecting them to be sorted by now, but NO!!
other than that though i can`t complain........ yet
No, Version 2.5.3 beta2 works just fine here.
suppose you are right, because after setting "windows7 basic" theme the clocks stay normal ... switch back to aero and it starts jumping again...:O
but then again aero did not cause this with the 186's, so why is it so difficult to get it right in this rev.?
Ahaaa... Thx for telling me... looks kind of nice. I didnt know that rivatuner had sidebar gadget support? Will look into that..
SO freaky wo this driver actually fix my bit bugs i had..and its smoothe on ut3,crysis war and farcry 2 hellyeah i love it no problems at all video perfomance is better cause i have a no big deal bugs with cuda but ow is fixed is gone !!!yeah defenlty seven keeper for me.xD
