Working perfectly here. Games all seem to have a boost. Some games had some minor tearing issues, but now they are gone with these nice drivers. Recommend for a good install, uninstall nvidia driver, physx and stereoscopic. Then driver sweeper in safe mode remove nvidia drivers, physx and install fresh in normal boot.

Was having issues with the green tint + flickering in Mirror's Edge, plus some nasty pixelization when using Biotics in Mass Effect. Did the clean install like Flukester recommended above, and all my games are smooth and noticed the improved framerate as well. :gape:

Keeping these for now until I find a different reason not to. :)

drivers are good(ish) on my rig...

    Fan control STILL fooked

every game i play runs pretty smooth, which is good

except Mirrors edge.... lots of dropped frames to a noticeable point!!! (luckily i just use that as a benchmark now!)

why don`t Nvidia listen to their followers?!?!?!?!

I can't use nHancer 2.5.1 with this driver. It gives me the nvapps.xml error. I heard that I can use a modified nvapps.xml to run nHancer with this driver... where can I get it?

I tried these and get random BSOD's....tried different levels of installation (driver cleaner, installing over old ones etc) but keeps screwing up so I am back to the last good driver for my system 190.15 :D

    COD5 still has V-Sync bug, (thx treyarch :( )
Fan on GTX260 (Core 261) is still fubar without rivatuner for fixed fanspeed.

older drivers such as the one im using (186.18) does works with Disabled EDID.. with 1920x1080 + a fixed 60hz works flawlessly with vista/7. - this method is forced method... and works 100% with games that auto detects your res. such as left4dead or spore. removing the edid forces the all other resolution. After tinkering with the 190 drivers... I can now forced a 1920x1080 resolution, but the refresh rate is hard to fix, dont know why.... tried pstrip too, but cant get a working refresh rate.

all 190 does not work, all 18x.xx works.... this leads me to believe something within the .inf or some of the files could make this to work.

    got any ideas?

Use a proper cable, VGA is older than Jesus.

Nvidia changed something in the 190.xx drivers which made framerates smoother on TV's at 1920x1080 at 24 and 60hz, it may not be as simple as that.

by that, what is a proper cable then? hdmi? :) .... and yes, i have tested hdmi, but it does not work. I dont have a dvi on my lcdtv... so thats out of the question.

All hdmi connection with 1920x1080 is either blurry, or the screen is out of position, and using the nvidia to reposition it will make it worst.

I have 2 hdtv samsung and LG, both have the same problem with 190.xx

I don't have DVI either, i have a DVI to HMDI cable, or you can get a DVI to HDMI adapter, then you can use any HDMI cable.

HDMI should be sharper than VGA, but you will have to change from 16:9 to Just Scan on a Samsung TV, to sort any overscan problems, don't know what LG call it.

Will go and try a VGA cable on mine, see if i can duplicate it.

Oh, and eventually they get posted on the Nvidia site
