How did you uninstall the old drivers?

I installed the 178.13’s on a fresh Vista 64/SP1 OS last week and out of about a dozen or so games I’ve installed so far not one has given me any problems. These drivers just like the 177.92’s I had before are working very good on my setup.

If it's for EGVA only, why can I use the same version (1.32) with my BFG GTX 260?

I only installed it out of curiosity to see the differences between it and RiverTuner.

After much use with these drivers in games and day-to-day, zero problems as many others of mentioned.

Hey, I use Vista on all 4 of my gaming machines. I'll never go back to XP. I did hate Vista for the first year it came out but really like it now. It's been a year and a 1/2 now. You real gamers need to make the switch now! If you have a DX10 card and are still using XP. I call that stupid.

OS X all the way for gaming

These drivers work great on Tiger 10.5.4 ... I don't know why you're all complaining.

lol well i gave these drivers another chance, and they turned out ok, but as long i disable geforce physx support (cod4 and fear dont use it anyway), but if i turned it on i get stutter in cod4 and some random pauses in Fear.
So i only enable it for games that support it, for example ut3 runs fine with physx on (ingame also).
Looks like g80 doesn't like physx cuda much (it has the first 1.0 cuda language and i think this could be the main problem too > lower cuda performance)

Driver IQ is super and they seem stable and video playback seems sharper and more dynamic.

That's a generalization. I've been using Vista64 for over a year and a half and never had one "Vista issue". Does it runs games as fast as XP? No...but it is a much bigger OS. More overhead = performance hit...it's unavoidable. But to say that games run "like $hit" is just wrong.

Not trying to further the Windows Wars...just giving my 2 cents.

    And....how is it?

I have both vista64, xp32 at the same system. I can say 178.13 at vista works better than xp32 now. My vista fps is more smoother than xp now. Crysis Warhead + Wars perfect now with Vista64 and dx9. thx nvidia!

How do I fix the graphic glitch on both Crysis and CoD4? Its like the Text and the rest of the graphics go crazy but the vista desktop etc is just fine whats the problem? Do I need to uninstall the Drivers first then install the 178.13 drivers?

    Thx guys.
