    HWU uses DDR5-6400CL32 on 13x00 series and DDR5-6000CL30 on Ryzen. It is a pretty fair comparison.

    If you guys want a hot rod OC shootout with maxed OC, that is another test...

    In that case I dunno, maybe he had an early unstable bios or something, 13k was really finicky at start on most motherboards.

    Anyway, even if they're at same level in gaming, sorry to say but I won't pick a 7600x and then spend a ton on the platform. Oh and then comes multithread where I'm sure 7600x gets completely smoked.
    I'm happy the Ecores still provide a bit more room for the CPU to breathe on heavy tasks.

    That's correct, all 8.
    While not at ARM or Apple M level still very decent.

    Who cares? It's all within spitting distance anyway. I choose Intel + Nvidia any time simply because it's extremely stable and predictable combination. I'm no teenager with unlimited time to troubleshoot all AMD jankyness with 100 beta firmwares and such.

    It matters to validate or to call out fake news... Scientifically, it should be repeatable if another had the same HW and SW setup.

    For sure this is 100% true. Those ecores offload productivity very well and as you shown, Spiderman loves it. HWU does show that. Nothing to hide.

    But for playing other games, it is all splitting hairs. It will depend on FPS / $ and the 13600K is really rocking hard here. Same for 5800X3D now at 300 USD!

    @Undying
    I think you also play Forza 5, we can do a test to see CPU sim and render.
    I used the mentioned OC - 5.5/4.4GHz 3800 CL16-20-20-40 Gear 1
    1080p / No Vsync / No TA / Very Low Preset

    Yea just for info sake, in reality the game is capped easily by a i7 9700k+ CPU which can deliver 140+ fps (monitor cap)

    3DMark CPU Profile - 14 threads
    Apparently mine is 10-25% faster than rank 1 5800x3D depending on threads.

    That's enough multithread power for me, even without HT.

    Max I can milk out of my 2x16GB Kingston Renegade 3600 cl16 DR (Hynix DJR) , before getting into uncomfortable voltages.
