To the people who respond,I get higher score than that, well I say do it on a air cooler.

That is interesting, I notice on my 12600k- ASUS TUF Z690 PLUS wifi D4 with XMP I or XMP II the default SA VID and VDDQ TX was 1.35v with Crucial Ballistix C16#3600 (VDD- 1.35)
I see when you set SA to 1.200 that your VDDQ went to 1.200 too.

I just tried setting SA here to 1.28v which seems to work but my VDDQ TX is still 1.35.

I thought VDDQ default 1.2v. You really do not need higher than that, unless you are doing some high Ram low latency overclock.
Even with that said,I was able to run Dual Rank gear 1 CL14 4000Mhz at VDDQ default 1.2v,so maybe it is just the BIOS of yours.I am also running cheap MSI Motherboard and it is possible the reading is not correct with HWInfo64 and BIOS.

EDIT:I just looked at a screenshot I took with Dual Rank Gear 1 3866Mhz
SA Vid manual set to 1.2v but could run these settings at 1.15v did not try lower
VDDQ default 1.2v is on auto. on mem test

    Also 5500Mhz DR G1 3866Mhz

Those values I posted were for XMP enabled (timings of ram 16, 18, 18, 38, 58)

When I set ram to XMP disabled (DDR4- 2666) the SA VID = 0.943v and VDDQ TX = 1.200

That does seem like a big jump for not so much speed, 3600 is not real fast.

I don't have a issue with temps as it only 12600k at stock clocks, with a NH-U14S my temps hit around 60c after few rounds of CB- R20.

I think it might just be bios not mature yet.
    Thanks for the feedback.

Sure no problem at all,yes it may be the BIOS.I knew what you were posting,I was just showing my e-peen with stupid useless extreme ram settings people are trying to achieve,I actually just run xmp default Dual Rank Gear 2 CL17 4000Mhz as it suits my needs 100%
