100.65 Online Rlease date of Feb 20

    Aren’t these drivers meant really for the 8800 series?

    I think the driver you should be using is 97.46 it’s under the category on NVIDIA’s website for your model GPU.

    I know you can use them on your card but I think they are really meant for the 8800 series making your comment irrelevant

    With each release of the Nvidia Vista 64 drivers I find they are not much better than the previous drivers. Things are not looking good.

    This is making me very worried indeed:puke:

    im going to have to say digital vibrence isn't on...

    however...cascades runs increadable....

    i haven't installed any games yet, just finished installing vista

    but cascades is great...im going to install Quake 4
    see what kinda results i get...

    wish me luck, see you back on here in an hour or so...

    Nevertheless, I would recommend using 97-series drivers for GeForce 6- and 7-series.

    actually apart from the 7900gt bug still in present, games run pretty smooth with good fps apart from source engine

    i have used the drivers before and thewy are rubbish. the 7900gt bug is the worst for me in them drivers. and games all lag and poor fps

    No way! The 100.xx drivers are way better and faster than any 97 drivers, and they have more bug fixes and optimizations..I think that a lot of gf 6 & 7 users will agree with me here :)

    NVIDIA Control Panel Desktop Color Settings are not saved after
    closing and then re‐opening the control panel

    This is still making me sick!! Why can't they fix it!!

    No they are not just meant for 8800's. It includes 7 series fixes also.

    So what drivers do you recommend we use? I think we should have spot like we do for our hardware that shows what driver we are using that would be so useful.
