Hi i've bought a new amazing MSI IPS monitor and i've been debating between the following:

    1) 120hz 10 bit Full RGB
    2)165hz 10bit YR422 limted output.

It's hard to notice that difference tbh whatever it's in editing, games, videos or is it just me?

What mode would be the best to get the best picture possible?

90Hz + is pretty fluid already, no need to sacrifice color dynamics for more fps

change to 8 bits its beter than YR422, everything is better than YR422 :)
    if you want 160hz
i have 38GN950 and i have similar dilema
for high refresh i use 8 bir full RBG,160hz, for say quality 10b full RGB 120hz
honestly in game you dont have big diferencies, YR422 is not good in anyway even in desktop

Full RGB no questions asked for text rendering.
