Just installed it, and yes the annoying bug is still here after more than a year.

These ones apparently still have idle spiking bug on Polaris cards, according to AMD Community.
I’m not buying AMD card without Fluid Motion, other stuff like SVP and similar doesn’t cut it. For me music videos, concerts, tv shows, movies...

The bug is very alive still, just tested on my Sapphire RX 580, back on 22.10.2
Do you have spiking usage with 23.8.2 while your RX580 is idle? This behaviour can be seen in gpu-z easy just left it to run a minute or two.
