Nvidia badly named files. You need to download the 32bit version which is really 64bit ...:bang::bang::bang:

This 10.4b driver is a fan-made fake. D3D driver is from 10.3b & OGL is from Opengl4 preview. DLL & INF files are hex-edited to looke like newer...

Very good driver for 32bit XP & 9600GT
They are working very good in win xp32. Tested with all 3dmarks & UT3 Demo. Speed is the same as 163.xx & no glitches so far.

Sorry but i think your graphics card is broken. You should try to replace it with another.
Didn't you see that this is not a driver problem ??? This is very old computer & something in it is damaged. Propably your graphics card is broken...
