My cpu usage is also only around 30-40% and it shows mostly 4 threads in use.
It's very stable for me and there has not been any graphical glitches at all so that's a relief. Loading times are also good on 2x1 tb raid 0 drive.
I predict that people will try the game at max settings with their 5 year old PCs with 1GB of vram and then proceed to complain about bad port.
