Thanks. 120hz is probably a better rate for my card in crysis3 anyway ***128522;. I like things to just work though.
Ok. Just downloaded and installed these drivers, put my monitor into 144hz and immediately the clocks go up on the card.
About 900 on the core...
Single GTX970 with 144hz monitor using DP the card will not clock down unless I use 120Hz refresh rate.
Will this driver fix? Can't check until...
All of these beta drivers cause crysis2 graphics to revert back to all the flickering shadows it got in the early days with xfire :(.
Maybe my eyes are not good enough to pick it up, but I am not seeing any flickering at any time now.
So yeah, I did bother checking.
And where does it say that in this thread?
Try renaming Crysis2.exe to Rift.exe. Worked for me. 45-60fps running at Hardcore settings with 2 x 6870's. No flickering. Before I renamed it,...

Using Windows 7 and I am not seeing the 0000 key in the registry.
Which one should I be looking in?
I am having the same issue with the beta 6 as I have had with the previous versions.
Running two Gigabyte 6870's, when I change the .cfg file to...
1090T @ 4.05Ghz
6870's @ 1000/1100
First time crossfiring and reckon it's great. My 6870's haven't missed a beat and give close to 100% scaling in benchies.
Yeah, I pulled the power and the sata lead out with no difference. Looks like my upgrade is coming sooner than expected :)
Hi ppl. I just installed Vista on my second (working) pc and it was running well until I attempted to install a wireless card to hook up to my...
Even when switched off, the capacitors hold a charge so it's best to switch off at the mains then hit the power button on the pc to drain them :)
Problem solved. It ended up being that the shaders needed to have the frequency increased before I could go any further on the core. Seems to be...
Installed the asus OC tool and tried it.
The sliders top out at 750/2000/2200 and thats it. I topped all three out and checked for artifacts...
I run ATItool and open it's 3D window to check for errors. Card just will not go past 745/1150.
Is ATI overdrive applicable to an Nvidia card :)?
