My B450M Tuf Gaming-Pro and 3800X combo show ~97% CPU usage while folding, so I think this board is OK.
Considering the two bottom slots have the labelling "PCIEX4_1" and "PCIEX4_2", I would rather state that this mobo has all three PCIe expansion...

3800X and Asus B450M Pro Gaming here, runs just fine.
It is all watercooled though, VRMs included.

Yeah, that's what was stated for the APU launch, the Vega cores in there benefited greatly from what they engineered with Navi/RDNA first gen....
In the screencap, it states 4700U.
Are we sure its 4800U and not 4700U ?
edit : Also, the memory bandwidth makes it look very likely that it was...
They have gained 50% efficiency with the Vega cores on the new APU's.
I'm pretty sure they will be using what they have learnt for the High end...
If it needs memory bandwidth, it will need either a 512bit bus, or HBM.
I'd expect HBM again, for the very high end.
