Turning off monitoring, or turning off OSD?
Framerate Min and Framerate Avg are set to be displayed in OSD, but they only appear when in benchmark mode.
These are not the normal "Framerate"....
pres "Insert" on keyboard or from Menu select Layers->Add
Then double click layer to change properties.
in the overlayeditor double click a layer box, double click the text and select macro of choice:
You may have have used Frametime instead of Framerate. Framtetime gives you ms, Framerate fps.
RTSS does not force your GPU in a 3D profile. It is an app using 3D api detected by RTSS.
If you add exclusion to RTSS for those apps it'll work....
In RTSS 7.3b4 it is at 360fps or 2777microseconds

You can also write the log to a file (mapable to hotkey) and later on load it and view it in it's entirety.
If it works, great.
If not, bad luck.

So you would like to have application/profile specific OSD layout? Don't know if that would be possible.
But you could build your own 3D App...
@SalamatiQus Of course you can set the hotkeys to zoom in and out your OSD, so you don't need fixed resolutions...
You could even set hotkeys in the hotkey handler plugin for the overlay editor to load specific overlay. Up to four different hotkeys for overlay...
you may want to use the overlay editor plugin from the latest RTSS beta4 as such as it provides live view of OSD while you're able to configure...
