Looks like it's only for polaris cards, you should be fine.
Early 480 drivers were bios signature locked so you could not use a modified bios with the card.
Then since 16.9.1 driver and later the signature...

Yeah everything, sorry forgot about MSAA that is DISABLED.
Did a quick run of the integrated benchmark.
Everything maxed out (MSAA OFF) @ 1080p
Card is @ 1370/2200
No visible artifacts at all with the 1750 strap and 2200mhz.
Just tried the 1625 strap with 2000mhz no artifacts or mem errors, score:...
Did a little fiddling with the gpu bios and changed some ram timings, used the 1750mhz timings with the 2000mhz strap.
