And there doesn't need to be. Damn good looking game as is.

I feel the same way but... whatevs. I mean the game isn't that bad looking to begin with...
FXAA, in my experience, doesn't impact performance too much. If you feel as though th game isn't running smooth enough, try turning it off. But...
You have to imagine... you're out in that area in real life. The forest isn't SO thick with trees that the shadowed areas would become pitch...
