cpus/mobos/ram usually becomes more unstable when the multipler is chagned from 1:1. you might've just hit your limit. ive got the same cpu...

check for dust, i didnt clean mine out for ages, cleaned it out, and my cpu dropped 15-20c, because i had that much **** in my HSF and heatsink

ive got fast writes off, whenever i go into a 3D game it either goes 100% cpu, or something else. still need help on it

yes i have. PSU is 420 or 480 thermaltake, i cant remember atm :\ either would be enough to support it though, right?
