355.60 is the latest driver, that works with BC2. Tested with GTX 760 on Windows 10 x64 and getting 80-120fps on 1680x1050 DX11 32xAA maxed.
What video card are you currently using? Try uninstalling the driver with DDU and then installing the latest available driver for your GPU....

Manged to fix the problem myself, did a full uninstall and reinstall, which did the trick.
3D doesn't work properly with the latest drivers - all 3D games keep crashing at start. X1950 pro on Windows 8.1 x64.
