overclocking is no longer a part of the drivers from what i understand, it sounds like they are going to release a separate app for that.
did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers? ut2004 still runs like crap with these.
i have the same problem with ut2004, but i fixed it by setting the game resolution to match the desktop resolution.
