When Windows 11 gets to RTM and only RTM will Unwinder look into issues. He has stated this on past Windows releases. So yes, there may be issues.
Run Afterburner with this shortcut. Example D:\Afterburner\MSIAfterburner.exe /backup
"Stopped working" is vague. Uninstall both and REBOOT. Then reinstall both and reboot.

Click SAVE>profile number>apply. Settings>profiles tab>read context menu for automatic profiles management.
