My screen is an Acer GD245HQ that can handle 120Hz over DVI-D and 110Hz over HDMI (good quality wire here) Cannot run it at even 75Hz First driver...
Rolled back to 497.09, hdmi signal lost after some time with custom rez and refresh rate... Never had such issue with any older drivers
problem with creating custom rez and refresh rate within nvcpl... trying higher refresh rate for hdmi output, can go up to 100 hz easily with all...

Hi all ! With NVcleanstall you can dowload and mod driver as before... Choose "manually select a driver version" and check "show all versions"...
After more tests, my problem is not the driver... probably a windows update. Tried older driver and same issue, maybe tuesday patch dating...
