Only last RX 4XX use HDMI 2.0 for 4k 60HZ, you can run max 4K 30HZ

I have bug in video setting, if i set custom brightness after PC restart it go to 100% and all video are black, i can use only default profile.
Same problem with some games, without vsync and run lower than fps limiter and cpu is not fullworking (4,6ghz 2500k)...
Default setting enable it for all fullscreen programs, i think you need to setup if you play in bordless windows fullscreen
