^^ Your idle is fine, the load temperatures are high. You should clean out the GPU.
I think this was not mentioned. Go to msconfig, and under bootup , advanced, set the cores to 4.

Basically you would have to: 1. Remove the HSF bracket tiny screws. They have springs within, so carefully remove them and keep them in tray 1....

Best is to test both cards on another motherboard. Seems like your cross fire gold connectors on the GPUs have gone bad. Either one.
