^^ Your idle is fine, the load temperatures are high. You should clean out the GPU.
I think this was not mentioned. Go to msconfig, and under bootup , advanced, set the cores to 4.

Best is to test both cards on another motherboard. Seems like your cross fire gold connectors on the GPUs have gone bad. Either one.
