That isn't true with the latest ROTTR patch Crossfire works with DX12. Overall FPS with 1 480 card is 48fps, with 2 it is 89fps at 2K resolution....

I tried Battlefleet Gothic and that didn't do anything with the Paragon Crossfire profile and that is a UE4 engine title I believe.
This issue will be fixed in a later driver. I work for AMD. I can't say which one though.
Mantle is supported still for now, so the issue with BF4 is being looked at for example. I will forward this issue on also since i can replicate it.
If for some reason it isn't working for you, you can try manually adding a profile and picking the bf4.exe profile see if that works.
