Agree with Chinobino, I had same kind of problems with my old build. Swapped out everything, sent back the mobo etc. Turned out to be the PSU

Agreed, I purchased the MCP655 in 2005 - still going strong :) I had cpu+2xgpu with 2x240rads for a few years, atm cpu block and a 360 rad.

I'm playing with ultra textures, except shadows and AO on high, getting 60-70fps. Crossfire is not working and the 7970 is hovering around 75-80%...
