AFAIK this only works with a single monitor. As soon as you add a second monitor the card won't downclock that far.
Really curious about as to when Nvidia is going to drop their 2001 XP-style Panel and integrate everything into GFE.

I remember stripping my XP image with nlite and being very proud of only having 14 processes or so running. Good times :)
It's probably a personal thing, but I don't like to have several services, including the one for capturing, running if I don't need them.
It runs a ton of background processes and services so it's better left uninstalled if you don't use ShadowPlay.
You can even see the stutter if you just move around windows on the desktop. Every 2-3 seconds it lags. You will also see this stutter in DXVA2...

Testing for 560Ti freezes now. None so far but it has only been an hour - focusing on heavy browsing with FF25b3.

It's a known problem, especially with 560Ti's. ManuelG talked about it on multiple occasions and there's a dedicated thread on the geforce.com...
So... what about 314.22? Nvidia's drivers are the only reason I can't upgrade to 8.1, because all drivers after 314.22 make my system freeze....
It's the drivers. 460/560Ti just aren't stable with anything after 314.22.
