AFAIK this only works with a single monitor.
As soon as you add a second monitor the card won't downclock that far.

It's probably a personal thing, but I don't like to have several services, including the one for capturing, running if I don't need them.
It runs a ton of background processes and services so it's better left uninstalled if you don't use ShadowPlay.
You can even see the stutter if you just move around windows on the desktop.
Every 2-3 seconds it lags. You will also see this stutter in DXVA2...

It's a known problem, especially with 560Ti's.

Nvidia's drivers are the only reason I can't upgrade to 8.1, because all drivers after 314.22 make my system freeze....

460/560Ti just aren't stable with anything after 314.22.
