Same for me, installed the 381.65 drivers from Guru and selected all of the available DSR factors to get it to work.
I had to install the GeForce 378.92 drivers off Guru3D, the 378.92 drivers that were included in the Creators update wouldn't let me use 3840x2160...
It was a mistake, he is still in prison.
