If you want something similar to nvidia's digital vibrance, then increase the saturation in the custom color tab.

Just opened teardown and saw a HUGE improvement, usually its a low fps mess but somehow its way more stable.
Idk if its me but this driver feels really good, no issues so far and performance seems good.
Tried TSR at 1080p, it was crazy good and even at performance it was still playable.
