I'm surprised there haven't been any beta's out yet. These have been out for quite some time.
Doing fine here on Windows 7 RTM - Ultimate.
For now I'm sticking with 190.15 drivers. IQ/Performance were good enough for me.

No crashes here.
IQ is better then 186.08 beta's, Frames seem the same/slightly better. No Stability issues here. Once in a while, Mass effect crashes out on me.
