Just had that issue now and i'm with b10547 and 355.97 on a gtx970. I'll downgrade the driver to 355.82 as I never had that before.
I had that on my LG L204WT monitor dvi port aswell and I had to reflash the monitor's EDID to have it working again normally. I can try to help...
