I got it from a local guy on ebay, he just used it to play games. This sucks. Second 290 to die in in 2 months.
It worked as a 290 for the past 2 months. Then computer froze and then I noticed that.
I've used DDU twice in safemode. I'm about to try to flash the bios now. Had to go buy a new flash drive. Installing the latest drivers.
Old card I got off ebay. Fans spin etc. For some reason Windows installs it as 8600/8700m, I've tried to flash the bios etc.
