Running in windowed mode and using PrtScn does indeed work but it's not ideal. I'll give Afterburner a try and report back.
I've tried taking GTA IV screenshots to capture FXAA anti-aliasing but both Fraps and DXtory capture screens without FXAA. PrtScn doesn't work...
That's a known driver bug. Above 2560 it no longer downsamples to desktop res. Let's hope this is solved in the next WHQL.

Try setting the memory clock speed in 2d mode. I had the same problem but this solved it.
Just installed 61.76 but the problem is still there.
