Well I fixed it for my system...
Went back to 285.62 and turned Raw Input - Off. No more stuttering.
275.33 is stutter free, but the game freezes after 10 minutes or so.
i would spend a tiny bit more and get a gtx460 over the 5770

and the NB heatsink is held on by 2 pushpin screws, so u need to remove the motherboard to take the heatsink off
the NB heatsink on my UD3 wiggles around alot, if there wasn't 2 pushpin screws holding it in, im pretty sure it would just fall off
The NB heatsink on the UD3 is so sketchy, there's so much extra play in it.
Its freezing before I can get to safe mode selection now.. Lol
