My Aorus RX 580 XTR never goes higher than 70 and 1450 RPM. I've never touched the thermal compound. Strange that XFX went with sooooooo bad quality.

Same gpu and no problems for me. Call of Duty infinite Warfare, CS GO work good. :)
HDMI works ok with my setup.
Call of duty: Infinite warfare. 8gb of vram usage on 1440p. Should be close on fhd.
