I still use the ICafe 337.90 driver, its been the best for me. Works fine with the ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q monitor too!
Did you find the 337.82 driver better for Watch Dogs aswell over the 337.91 driver ? (if you play watch dogs that is) :)

You need to disable driver signature verification in windows 8/8.1 to install the drivers even with the modded .inf file...

I use a G sync monitor as well, and after playing with it i will never buy a monitor without g sync on it ever again, its pure awesome :) Btw...
