Im gona try and push it closer to 5ghz so I went with the 2500k. The 670 card got that loud ass reference cooler on it. So went with the 660ti ;)
Ok I said beer just to sound cool, ill just spend it on candy.
With your reference I decided to go with the quieter 660ti and 2500k sandy cpu. Ill spend the left over 90euro on beer and candy.

Well I like to fiddle with OCing, thats the main reason why I first looked at the 2500k
