I was wrong. I just rendered again and the results are pretty much the same
47 to 46 seconds.
i cant tell since i didn't measure it. But it was noticeably slower
bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes actually casued my rendering in 3dsmax to be slower
you feel difference with the mouse because it became worse, not better.
I would use CRU (custom resolution utility) for custom resolution/refresh rates
So its pretty much impossible ? :(
i just need the latest windows 8.1 driver inf modded to work on windows 10.
How do you add windows 10 support to a windows 8/8.1 driver ?

did you apply the "workaround" for bf5 Nvidia profile ? The game resets the profile to default.
If it is dx9; then disable fullscreen optimizations on the exe.
