WTF did you just say?
This hot 'fix' actually severly lowered my performance and thus I had to format as I couldn't find a way to uninstall it.
Def. not for...
Uh, you can't expect to run a bleeding edge game AND max AF and AA settings. Don't be so stupid.
Run it in Hiqh Quality. See what happens.
You guys either are really lucky or you suck at telling framerates because I noticed a lot of slowdown at 1280x1024 @ High detail.
Well, it's made for dual core procs, not two seperate procs.
That's probably why. I have no issue with my 3800+ X2
Yeah, the GF4 line is not DX9 compliant. That wasn't put in until the FX line.
You should download the drivers that get you a new videocard.
Don't download that patch if you don't use Cool'n'Quiet.
Fable runs fine with me and 81.84. There are a few graphical glitches, but nothing huge.
If you're going to wipe the HDD, might as well upgrade to XP Pro.
Ah, guess it's not just me then. However, you're running a whole .16 lower in voltage, though. =\
I wish I knew what gives.
The whole 'link not physically connected' thing bugs me.
Lowering my CPU multi seems to have no effect. Even as high at 1.7v (which I only used for about a minute before being all OH CRAP) I cannot seem...
Shouldn't the cores be synced up in terms of what they're reporting? I'm fairly new to multi-core CPUs so if this is correct, let me know.
Setting it at 3x doesn't let me go any higher in my clock or any lower in my voltage usage.
It boggles my mind how some people can get 2.4/2.5...
Not to be dumb, but WHY would that work? Also, the infastructure is pretty different betwee a 'normal' 64 and a X2.
I was only able to get mine up to 2.45 Ghz at 1.58v
Why is it other people can get it so much higher on a lower voltage?
Mine is 10x Multi...
I'd look into upgrading/reinstalling your video codecs.
