Cool, I'll switch over to DX12 and try again tonight.
It has Vulkan default for me too, I just read that DX12 were supposed to be smoother with NVIDIA cards in this game.
9900K and 2080Ti here, running the game with DX12 and it crashes all the time. Been playing 20hrs with Vulkan and no issues at all.

Game crashes here too with Afterburner running, worked before the patch.
He also mentions that the PG279Q will be released in October in the video I mentioned above. So it has IPS and 165Hz as I could hear.
I am Norwegian so I don't understand much of what he is saying here. But I am pretty sure he says that the PG279Q has IPS panel in this video...
