The bug is caused by GFE 2.1.2, reinstall it doesn't fix the problem, you have to install a previous version.
I confirm that the nvspcap.dll error is cause by GFE 2.1.2: I just uninstalled it and problem solved.

No stability issues here, but I read that a lot of people have big problems with these Redux editions.
This driver gives me an insane amount of stuttering with Assetto Corsa, I reverted back to 340.72.
;) However yesterday the games were officially patched and that fix isn't required any more.
