I had this problem too, It seems to be linked to the Nvidia SATA controller drivers. When I had them installed, i'd get that bsod after about 20...

This thing isn't even WHLQ.... when I installed it, it was asking me to continue installation as a beta driver would. Oh well.
Which drivers are you using? The 158.22's give me weird things like that too, but it doesn't happen all the time.

You'd be best off getting yourself a 8800GTS, a lot more performance for not too much more money. Save up for one, you won't regret it.

PSU: Corsair HX520W It says my system specs right under my username. There's no reason why it would be a power issue with psu.
