I figured out what was wrong in NBA 2k13, I turned on AA in game which somehow let me use Ambient Occlusion.

With NBA 2k13 for me it runs the game perfectly, but with any setting of Ambient Occlusion there is no effect, switching from on to off vice...
Is there anything that I might be doing wrong though? Such as running through steam what not?

I guess it wasnt just the running admin rights problem, but in 2k13 I can only set HBAO to Low and nothing else. Everything crashes at the start menu.
But then RP doesnt apply its ambient occlusion setting, as noticed ingame and when the game starts there isn't an fps counter at the top left.
I need to run NBA 2k13 in Admin mode or it will crash before i get to the main screen. Is there a way to be able to force run admin mode in RP so...
