I have a Gigabyte 4850 Zalman Edition and All works but Fan Control, Shader and Core Voltage. Using Enzyme 1.0beta Driver.

Are you sure they are the same card? If not Get a Nvidia Bios Editor. Extract the BIOS from the OC'd card and then load it onto the other card....
Well they work on nForce 570 SLI chipset. No BSOD or anything abnormal yet.

Yes you can use Nvidia Cards in AMD Chipsets just not on SLI beause the AMD Chipsets are Crossfire obviously :P And the 9800GTX would make Crysis...
