Sounds like your talking about Goatse! basically the record company will have gone to a provider and said what is the cheapest possible package you do, hence no mods etc no 'decent' security, ive seen this happen to a couple of pop forums namely 'Jentina' and 'Lady sovereign' basically they got so badly flamed and people were posting pics from rotten.com ogrish.com fugly.com etc and appointed mods that were 13 year old fans to try and stop it, lets just say they are no more. that forum is going south very soon
