    I'm running it at 10 x 7 @ high quality, no AA.
    Ingame:
Frames from 60+ (cap in game) to low 20's (with the spawns of hell coming at me)).
Average I would say bout 40'ish. Plays smooth with an occassional burp(from HD), and looks and plays (as in gameplay)
    impressively.

    I'm using Dx 9.c with the 61.77's. Card@stock. Cpu@2.1 (140fsb)

With the inbuilt timedemo it's 36'ish at same settings. I did see mention on another forum that the HELL level will really push your rig tho. Will have to wait till I arrive there.:D

And just a teaser? from ingame.

Copy and paste this to your D3 shourtcut properties.

    "C:\Program Files\Doom 3\Doom3.exe" +seta com_allowConsole "1"

Then use your tilde key ~ to open console and type

    com_showfps 1

512mb would be good if you are in a short of cash, if not go for 1 GB for future-proof and make sure you have the fastest ram like the PC3200 DDR400 for the AMD

Running it right now with current system in sig ----->

Running on 'High' with all the eye candy turned on. 1024x768 rez, and 8x AF (turned off trilinear and AF optimizations) and get an avg of 50 FPS.

Its an awsomely coded game.. NOBODY has to worry their system isn't fast enough for it... simply put.. its amazing..

omg, you have the best user name ever. and yes seriously i cannot believe that this game is like 3x better looking then other games i have played yet runs 2x as fast, even on the 420MX im on. The only thing i think that needs to get worked on now is multiplayer =X

runs great at 1024 x 768, runs perfect at 800x600 high, you cant see a difference unless u tke screenshots, it gets a smooth 60 fps that way.

Running at 1024x768, high quality setting, 2xAA, editted config to change AF from 8 to 4. Average 30fps, dips as low as 20fps when lots of action first happens, but then goes right back to 30fps.

Its wierd at 800x600 at medium settings it timedemos a 42.3 fps.

At 1024x768 at medium it benches 36.3 fps.

In game, at 800x600 at medium settings it is always in the 50-71 area.

But i tried setting it to high quality and 1024x768, and ingame it stutters a lot, as if its dumping textures. I tried lowering the config anisotropic level to 2, and it still stutters.

I don't get it because some people with the exact same setup as mine are running it fine at those settings. Do i need 512mb more ram or what??

Doesn't high quality automatically turn 8xAF on? What do you guys have your Nvidia control panel set to? Application Control for both AA and AF?

    Yea application control.

I did a few config tweaks relating to game cache, adn then upped aperature size from 128 to 256 and i think it dosen't stutter anymore. Good thing its fixed.

    Check
P4 2.4@2.8 with a Gainward 5900XT 1024x768 2xaa. Game set to high quality, all "goodies" on. Ran timedemo couple of times with the average of 44-45 fps.

I dont normally turn on the frame reader or use Fraps when I just get a game because I want to enjoy 1st, not stare at my frames. I decided to run it since I was getting close to the end of the game and to my surprise it was crusin right along at 60. Entering new area's or some firefights would see 40's. And only once have I seen it go below 30 in a few hrs of gameplay. I wish all games could be coded so well.
