even tho im english, i dont think rooney should be in the team. He is far too hot headed and is going to get all of the team into trouble one day, he needs time to grow up

yeah, i havnt been the greatest supporter of Rooney either, although I have to admit that he has been great against both France and the swiss. Looked very sharp. However, I do cringe at some of his challenges and it wouldnt suprise me at all if he gets himself a red card in this tournament.
He should play like that. Of course he will get booked maybe get sent off some times in his career, but he is what he is. If he tries to change that he wont be as effective as he is now. I just like him play that agressively. You know Rooney is a player who can make England tem as good as any other. He is better off being agressive.
yea .. the German pre-Euro plays were not really the way that they are worth winning ANYTHING. Loosing against Hungary ... hugh ... and the play before wasn't better either. They can be happy to have managed the qualifying.

Have you seen Germanys latest plays (before Euro)? They're not strong. Not at the moment. If they were strong, they wouldn't have "lost" against Latvia. The 0-0 was a lost play. Kahn, ok. He's good. But the German team currently is just 2nd or 3rd category., they could do a lot better.
Today 36 shots were on target, credit goes to the Lativian defenders. They tackled and intercepted beautifully. And by the way Kahn is not good, he is exceptional.
