THE NVIDIA SENTINEL SYSTEM detects that your graphics card is not receiving sufficient power. So the system lower the performance for a safe usage.

Just out of curiousity, did you check your Power supply's output yet in windows?

Secondly, have you tried the newer drivers like 60 series?

    Just a couple thoughts.

Hello NitroMike, about the psu output in windows... I dont know how to check that one using windows... If you have a link for a free software that may check how much my psu produce pls post it up..

About the driver version 60.xx, yes i tried all of it. But still the message is keep on appearing. Only the driver version lower than 52.16 makes this weird message disappear.

I got a question for you, do you have a molex connector on that card?

It's a black or white 4 pin connection at the end of the card.

I got that error message when I first installed my 5800... It turned out that I had forgotten to connect the cable from the PSU to the card (or something like that, anyway).

I did checked that already, unfortunately my card did not support molex connector for additional power. I know the ULTRA version of GFX 5600 supports this feature.
