NVIDIA GeForce 531.41 WHQL driver Download & Discussion

As in case with any driver above 528.49 I'm having issues with input not support on my AOC C27G1 on DP.
After updating drivers it just stops working with the message like above. I have tried to change resolution/refresh rate/driver for monitor/changed cable - nothing is working apart from rollback to older driver.
If not for the 2nd monitor I'd be totally screwed.

Anyone encountered something similar? I have no clue what else could be responsible for it.

I think is better if you just install de driver without it. Thats what i do when i remember to uncheck it haha

 

Do a PROPER uninstall (no DDU mess) and reinstall (reboot) of drivers.

 

So what is the last driver that does not have any latency issues?

 

Sorry I don't understand. I always use DDU in safe-mode and then restart. Afterwards I use Nvidia clean install to get only driver, physx and audio through hdmi.

 

ignore em there nothing wrong with DDU so long as you follow instructions, but always reboot system after driver update

 

Do you have GFE installed? Because I don't, and never had in this Windows installation.

 

Nope, was never installed in this system afaik.

Did a clean install with DDU and just drivers.

 

Alright I think I got it fixed - the issue was Freesync enabled in monitor. After disabling it everything works correctly on new drivers.
Weird, something had to be changed in drivers above 528.49 considering it worked at this point.

Also it still says that refresh rate is g-sync compatible in nvidia control panel - shouldn't it be disabled without Freesync? I'm feeling lost now.

 

A friend with a 3080 12gb said Destiny2 flicker is connected with ingame ambient occlusion, with it off, flicker almost completely gone.


Is there a hbao nvinspector tweak to force it in Destiny2 or are those AO tweaking days over?



EDIT: nvm, by me it flickers even worse with it off or same on all AO options in hall of heroes by waterfall.

I also have geforce experience bug on that icon too and I never installed gfe. I used upgrade and not clean install.

 

try: open DDU (not in safe mode) and just enable option to disable driver update for hardware over windows update.
then install the nvidia driver without ddu or cleaninstall and so on. When driver has been installed, try to see if you can open it by click on it
then start start ddu just click in the middle on disable and close.

But yes - it correct that basically right click gives you option for expirience and left click opens the pannel
last time i have installed driver (531.26) without network connection - i did not have control panel at all which happend for the first time to be honnest

now let's test the driver...

 

Latest studio driver is bad (531.41 WHQL) I had temp issues, 10-12 degrees higher than normal... Friend of mine who runs a editing/commercial company also removed this version from machines due to trouble in premiere pro among others...

In Brazil, video cards are very expensive. In fact, everything that is electro-electronic and information technology.

 

The Diablo 4 on this driver is useless for upcoming beta as the default setting is set for the dev version.

 

You can add Diablo IV.exe in the Diablo 4 profile via Nvidia Profile Inspector, but why isn't it there in the first place?

 

Curious about this as well if anyone has any information.
