Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022)

By default the game is blurry, it's been that way since MW2019. CAS + native res is what I prefer, it clears the image up without much of a performance hit.

 

It has a performance hit in warzone unfortunately, u need a 3080ti not to get the fps hit of not using dlss....

 

It was crashing for me from release day.
3 days ago I went to bios and changed memory setting from xmp profile to auto and no crashes for 3 days already.
Strange though this is the only game that happened

 

I use dlss balanced and sharpen 100% (the old sharpen) in NVCP
Using Cas drops my fps from the 150's to around 95

 

Has anyone else been getting a ton of stutter since the start of season 2? Since the launch of the game I haven't had much stuttering, just a little here and there, but ever since season 2 it's all the time.

Edit: Also, game has still been crashing just like always. No overclock or anything.

 

I've had one crash during Ashika Resurgence, everything stock except XMP which is stable in every other game/app. I think it's completely random, you may play for 4-5 hours straight and not get a crash while some other day you may crash in 1 hour or less.

Their engine is garbage.

 

I think I solved the stutter at least. I had HAGS on from trying to troubleshoot Hogwarts Legacy. I disabled that and the stutter got better.

I won't give them my money anymore if they don't drop their garbage engine and stop development for the PS4/X1 but M$ made a deal with Nintendo so we're f*cked..

 

I don`t mind the Engine. What killed this game for me, is the absolute azz mission design of 2 specific missions. 1 the crap driving mission. And 2, the crap mission to get out of the neighbourhood. i`m done with MW I think from here on out. Pity tho. They did such a great job of MW 2019.... accept for the bleeding heart kiddie mission. Aaaah well.

 

well its not about the campaign anymore, multiplayer have so many modes and add to that warzone resurgence modes, it s simply too good to not play this game

 

Tbh. I am mp`d out. MP always devolves into a mil skinned Quakefest. Whereas I like to immerse more into the Campaign. Thats if, IF the sp campaign doesn`t suffer from craptastic kiddie consolitus mission design. I`d rather have the ability to Co op with 2 other budz.... the whole ACTUAL sp Campaign. But sadly the only co op we get/got was tacked on coulda/woulda/shoulda fodder.

 

MP play is by far the best part of these FPS games, the games are always the same yet they are never the same

 

I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed the bonus challenges not giving any xp. It’s been 2 seasons of this BS. This is insane.

The daily bonus challenges you get when you’ve completed your first 3 daily challenges.

 

Ah fair enough, not had an issue with that myself. Used to do both in one match so it didn't lock one out and you get the xp from both
