Don't trust 3dmark scores (100%) it can change every time you launch a new bench, better use an in game bench like assassins creed odyssey one !!

 

What's worse those 500 points is what 0.2-0.5fps difference

 

I think its more like 2-3 fps, but it could make différence with mid range cards !!

The extra exclamation points truly add to the imagery of this apparently dire situation.

 

Hi everyone, been noticing DPC latency spiked in Latencymon with this driver. Idk if this is common issue? Goes to the 2000+. Anybody knows any fixes?

 

Tons of driver crashes with this one. Even flashing my GPU bios to new one doesn't fix the errors. Using OBS makes the monitors go blank and the driver resets.

Look at all those errors.



@moab600 could you try OBS and see if you can replicate this behaviour on your end? Happens a lot when opening the settings tab.

BTW i've been testing this extensively and so far zero black screens.
I've removed all drivers along with AB and reinstalled from zero, the voltage controller is available.

Have you been Overclocking the card?

This is without any OC and MSI AB and RTSS all closed.

Reverted to previous drivers and it still occurs.

No, I never install it. I will give it a shot though, probably tomorrow now got work early in the morning.

 

This update has been nothing but a headache for me as well. I'm playing Witcher 3 4.0 and reverted back to the December game-ready drivers and performance is better with those.

 

It is dire for past 20 years this last year NV drivers are done by monkeys.... My next upgrade will be AMD GFX for first time

@Hilbert Hagedoorn there is a htaccess error when trying to open this attachment by left click.

 

I dont know much about streaming software but also try disabling hardware acceleration in other apps that may be open at the same time like internet browser etc. as it could be some resource conflict with gpu acceleration.

 

Revert your memory to jdec timings,

encoder/decoder crashes are usually pcie or cpu related.

I did everything you guys said and it still occured.

I've reinstalled Win11 and now everything works perfectly. AV1 works great and no more crashes in OBS.

I never really tinker with the OS and just leave everything at default but I must have changed something a while ago now or something in the OS just borked.

I did run a SFC scan and it came back with corrupt files.

I did a dism restore and then another SFC scan and it still came back with corrupt files.

So I just reinstalled OS. All seems good now.

I will run a few tests on the memory though just to be sure.
